Italy’s Thesis Audio has released newly upgraded versions of their three handmade turntables, the Himalia, Lysithea, and Amalthea. All three models feature extremely thick synthetic platters with concave surfaces for improved contact with the record and aluminum tonearm supports.

The entry level Himalia and mid-level Lysithea both use heavy non-resonating stone plinths with three support points. The flagship Amalthea is further isolated from vibration with a separate non-resonating stone subchassis, coupled to the main stone plinth via a semi-rigid three-point suspension system.
