Brennan's new JB7 Jukebox is a CD player with a built in hard drive for ripping music. The JB7 also features USB input for using external hard drives, and an auxiliary input for connection with portable audio players. The built-in amplifier puts out 30 watts per side and a remote is also included. The JB7 comes with a 2.2 million album track name database that can be updated via CD from Brennan and allows for searching using the remote or front panel. The unit offers three different "One touch" options; one touch startup (plays random tracks), one touch rip and one touch record. All processing is handled by a 400MHz Blackfin processor with Dual MAC and an external 24V power supply is included. Unfortunately, the JB7 does not have WiFi capabilities.

According to the quote on Six Moons, the JB7 can rip in a lossless format, but there is no mention of it on the Brennan website.

The Brennan JB7 is available in 20GB, 40GB and 80GB versions for $495 (£249), $595 (£299) and $635 (£319), respectively.
