Focal Takes Valentine's Day to a Whole New Level

Focal's new Solid line of amplifiers appear to be a run of the mill budget amps, that is until you see the color options. They are available in black and as you can see above, bright-ass red. I'm not sure if this was planned since they were released around Valentine's Day, but when is the last time you saw someone rocking a red amp? In my opinion they should have just gone all out and made it pink. I'm not aware of any pink amps currently available so they would definitely have a strong hold on that part of the market.

- The pink amp above is not actually made by Focal.

Models:
Solid 1 - 500 watt single channel ($499)
Solid 2 - 200 watt dual channel ($399)
Solid 4 - 400 watt four channel ($499)
Colors: Black and Bright-ass Red

Check out Sound Domain for more pics and all of the specs.

There is some European line that has pink subwoofers, amps and full range products. :)

Last time I saw someone rocking a red amp, was the local kid with the Sony Explode.

Wow, out of all companies - Focal. With the bright-ass red and black thing they're doing...if that kind of stuff works I think we'll come out with a sub that has a "Deebeez" button on it! Would that bring the kids down?

But seriously, the combination of the heatsink and the bright red isn't a winner in my book. :(

Forget the pink subs/amps, etc, who's the chick?! ;)

About the products - pink subs w/pink gaskets, cones, surrounds, etc. Yuck!
