White House Home Theater

Architectural Digest has a couple pictures up of the Presidential movie theater inside the White House. The full on red theme came about in a 2004 redesign. It's a bit over the top for my tastes, but we have to show the foreign dignitaries we mean business when it comes to home theater setups.

I wonder what you would had to have done to bid on the re-modeling job? Probably golf with the president or something like that. Too bad I suck at golf. ;)
