Th analog gauges on the Panamax power management gear is pure hotness. Probably a bit overkill, but who cares.
Stealth Acoustics had a very impressive setup with the speakers completely hidden in the walls. No grills or anything, and if they weren't playing music you wouldn't even know they were there. The image above shows one before it gets painted over.
Logitech was showing off the Squeezebox and the new Squeezebox Duet. The Duet remote is pretty impressive and even allows you to pull rss feeds and view them on it. I did notice a headphone jack on the Duet remote as well. The story behind this is that "technically" it comes factory disabled, but a bit of tweaking to the software makes it into a full fledged headphone rig.
The diNovo Mini is the newest Logitech remote and was pretty cool. Reminds me too much of a Blackberry or some other PDA type device. It is for control of a PC though, so a mini keyboard can come in handy.
Sunfire had a great little setup going on and the mirror finish on their subs was impressive. The in-wall ribbons are pretty clean looking as well. I fell in love with the LG LCD tv they had, never seen a 720p set look so good.
Crestron has a huge rack. I can only imagine the possibilities of an advertising slogan like that.
Front mount Neo motors are always sexy.
SE2 Labs showing off their $25,000 ITC One. A very cool piece of hardware that will be coming with a Blu-Ray drive very soon. We even snapped a couple shots of one with a Wii that is below.
Thiel and McIntosh repping the high-end in their demo room. That sub was a friggin beast. They played the first track from the Legends of Jazz DVD, Take Five done in a beat box style by Al Jarreau and Kurt Elling. Absolutely blown away by the track and I'll be ordering that DVD.
SI's new Black Diamond screen looked great showing Transformers and RBH speakers just had a few drivers in their big ass towers.
The Cinepro demo was out of control as usual. Stay tuned for more info on this room.
The new PMC Free wireless loudspeakers. We'll have more info up on these shortly.
Now that is a friggin center channel.
The biggest projector I've ever seen. The Lightning Reference 1080p is a movie theater grade $120k projector that is being shown on a 182" screen in the pictures above. That projector weighs 240 lbs. and was putting off enough heat to keep a small house warm. I want one.
