Maelstrom-X 18" Subwoofer Pre-Order Has Begun

If you are in the market one bad ass XBL^2 subwoofer, then these are almost too good to pass up. The Maelstrom-X 18" features a low inductance and linear motor design along with 33mm of one way X-max.

The pre-order price is $299 and the estimated arrival date is May 14th. The pre-order will end April 10th, at which time the drivers price will go up to $349.

The thought of two of these in LLT Sonotube enclosures with a few thousand watts on tap brings a smile to my face.
