Radiohead Nude Performed by Old Electronic Hardware

June 6, 2008 by Lukas Gilkey

The Giz just posted up a video of Radiohead's Nude song that is performed by a host of "old redundant hardware."

Guitars (rhythm & lead): Sinclair ZX Spectrum PC
Drums: Epson LX-81 Dot Matrix Printer
Bass Guitar: HP Scanjet 3c Scanner
Vocals & FX: Hard Drive array (acts as a collection of bad speakers)

Save youself the earache and skip to the one minute mark. It reminds me of an 8-bit NES game soundtrack, all that is missing are some Mario Bros. coin sounds.

The video was created by James Houston as an entry into an online contest put on by Radiohead to remix the song Nude.
