Denon RCD-CX1 SACD Player

Denon has announced their new RCD-CX1 amplifier/SACD combo unit. The Denon RCD-CX1 is a combination of the Denon DRA-CX3 amplifier and the Denon DCD-CX3 SACD Player in one compact package.

The high-efficiency stereo amplifier is rated at 75 watts per channel into 4ohms and 35 watts into 8 ohms. AL24 Processing is used along with Denon's own DAC master clock design. An iPod Dock is available for the unit, but it must be purchased separately.

The unit is expected to be available in Japan this July for just under $1,700.
