Hansen Audio, known for their ultra high-end Prince, Emperor, and King speakers, has entered the home theater market with the release of their new three driver, 2-way center channel speaker, dubbed The Wizard. It uses the same 25mm high performance dome tweeter and twin 182 mm Hansen designed and built mid-woofers with multi-layer composite sandwich cones as the flagship King.

The hand assembled crossover is also designed and built by Hansen. The enclosure is made from the company's "Composite Matrix" material, and features their signature curvy shape and "Class A" finish, available in gray or black. Like all Hansen speakers, The Wizard is time-and-phase accurate. Frequency response is 29Hz - 23kHz, with 6 Ohm impedance and 87dB/W/m sensitivity. The price is $15,000.
