$1600 really doesn't seem like a bad price considering the features...

I've seen toolboxes this size that cost a LOT more, so frankly, I'm with the previous guy, this is a sweet deal. (Assuming the trays are all nice ball bearing, well made panels, good fit and finish, etc.)
