Muxtape Getting a Shakedown From the RIAA

The 5 month old virtual mixtape website Muxtape has a current "problem" with the RIAA. No word on exactly what it is, but I don't think it is a surprise to anyone that the RIAA showed quite a bit of interest in this site that allows users to upload music and share it with friends, all free of charge. The only thing I'm surprised about is that it took them this long to go after Muxtape which is a US based website.

Hopefully they make it out of this still intact, but I'd start doing fund raiser car washes to pay the RIAA bill.
