Chinavision has released what they claim to be the world's thinnest video capable media player, called the CVSJ-1304. Making a PMP just 4.5mm thick of course involves some sacrifices. The screen measures just 1.8", with 160 x 128 resolution, so watching a movie is probably out of the question.

The amplifier is only capable of 5mW per channel, and the headphone jack is a cell phone sized 2.5mm. There's also no mention of battery life. Still, Chinavision has managed to cram in 4GB of memory, support for MP4, MP3, WMA, ASF, and WAV formats, an FM radio and voice recorder, and a red touch panel control system similar to the old Olympus m:robe MR-100. The Chinavision CVSJ-1304 also won't thin your wallet too badly, the price is just $39.95.
