The Icicle is an in-line USB converter and preamp which allows you to plug-and-play any dynamic or condenser mic into a Mac or Windows box.

The Icicle features a 48V phantom power option, an analogue gain control, and 16-bit/44.1kHz conversion and should be available in December, priced at $60.
