White Beats by Dr. Dre – Just $700!

If you've been wanting to get your Dre on but have found the standard Monster Cable Beats by Dr. Dre too pedestrian and too affordable ($350 headphones are for commoners), the new Limited Edition white version of the headphones may be just what you're looking for. No worries about seeing these in Best Buy - the LE version features a Ron Herman white, blue, and gold finish, and will only be available at the Ron Herman boutique store in Los Angeles.

The $700 white finish is custom designed by Colorware to resist cracking and scratching. A total of only twenty pairs will be made, so you had better get $700 and a ticket to LA on the double if you want a pair.

I demoed the regular version at Best Buy. The bass is very powerful. It might of been amped but I can't tell. It sounded good but totally not worth the $350. Too much plastic and I like the leather on my JBL 420s better. Most of the price is for the packaging and celeb endorsements.
