Magico V2 Speakers

Magico has released a new model in their "affordable" V range of speakers, called the V2. The V2 is a compact 2.5-way floorstander, measuring 42" H x 10" W x 12" D, and weighing 120lbs. Like the V3, the V2 features an aircraft grade aluminum "zero horizontal-diffraction" front baffle attached to a 17-ply, vertically stacked Baltic Birch wood cabinet, flush mounted drivers, and Magico's Elliptical Symmetry Crossover.

The driver complement consists of Magico's new MR1 1" ring radiator tweeter, and two 7" Nano-Tec bass drivers operating on separate circuits and mounted at different depths to optimize mid and low frequency response. Frequency response is rated at 32Hz - 40kHz, with 89dB/W/m sensitivity. The V2 is priced at $18,000/pr.
