Davone Ray Speakers

The new Ray speakers from a Danish company called Davone are about as far as you can get from the traditional rectangular two-way monitor. The shape and the walnut veneer seem like the perfect match for the famous Eames lounge chair, so if you have one of those in your listening room, the Rays may be the speakers for you.

The Ray uses an 8" woofer and a 1" tweeter with a rated frequency response of 38Hz - 20kHz. Impedance is 8 Ohms, with 89dB/W/m sensitivity. The price is $6000/pr.

These look awesome. And I heard Davone is a good brand. They've got that 50's look going on that I like. A bit pricet, but I'm sure they're worth it.
