Orbitsound T12 V2 Surround Bar

Great Britain's Orbitsound has released a new version of their T12 surround bar/subwoofer system, which is now called the T12 V2. Like the original, the T12 V2 uses Orbitsound's "spatial stereo" technology to provide an omni-like dispersion that the company claims is even throughout the room. The T12 V2 features a built-in iPod/iPhone dock, and also includes analog and optical/coaxial digital inputs and a mini-jack input.

The sound bar itself contains two 1" tweeters, four 2.5" mid-drivers, and two additional 2" drivers which provide the spatial stereo effect. The companion subwoofer is a ported design with a single 6" woofer. The complete system is powered by a total of 80 watts of amplification, and combined system response is rated at 40Hz - 16kHz. The T12 V2 system is priced at $399.
