Two new Alpine wireless headphones are now available at Crutchfield. The SHS-N100 ($19.99) is a single source IR headphone designed to work with Alpine's PKG-RSE2 or PKG-100 in-car entertainment systems for wireless movie watching. The SHS-N205 ($49.99) can switch between two sources, and is designed to augment the two pairs of headphones that are included with Alpine's SHS-N205 wireless headphone system. Both headphones are powered by the included “AAA” batteries, and feature earcup volume and power controls.

These do look really nice! Alpine seem to have a knack at getting the design just right.

I used to be sceptical about whether they would sound good enough, but after get a pair of Sennheiser RS140 wireles headphones I'm converted.

It's incredible to be able to play Xbox without any wires, while the rest of the house is sleeping, or cooking dinner listening to some LOUD rock!
