The Audioengine 2 is a powered, 2-channel loudspeaker system for those wanting high quality audio for their desktop. The system has a diminutive 4"x6"x6" MDF cabinet coated in glossy paint, which allows the "2" to add style to any desk.

The speakers are powered by dual class AB monolithic amplifiers that are capable of outputting 15 watts a piece. This power is pumped through 2.75" Kevlar woofers and 0.75" silk dome tweeters, which allow the "2" to deliver a frequency response of 65-22,000 Hz.
