Barrage of New MTX Loudspeakers

MTX has redesigned its Monitor series with new tower, bookshelf, satellite, and center-channel loudspeakers. The 600i tower speakers feature two 6.5” polypropylene woofers, a 0.75” PEI dome tweeter, and a vented enclosure; which allows the speaker to output a frequency response of 33-20,000 Hz.

The 60i bookshelf speakers employ the same drivers as the 600i, but the compact enclosure only allows the speakers to output a frequency response of 42-20,000 Hz. The 5i satellites feature a 5.25” woofer, 0.5” tweeter, and a vented enclosure; which allow the speakers to output a 48-20,000 Hz frequency response. The 6c center-channel utilizes the same driver setup as the 600i and 60i speakers, which allow it to output a frequency response of 60-20,000 Hz.
