Pro-Ject Turntables Enter the Digital Age

Austrian audio manufacturer, Pro-Ject, have unveiled a new turntable that comes equipped with an integrated USB interface. The Pro-Ject III Phono USB turntable converts classic vinyl records to today’s digital formats for modern ease and convenience. The turntable features an Ortofon OM5E head, 33 or 45 RPM speeds, and a metal chassis with rubber feet. The Pro-Ject Phono USB turntable should be available soon for around $550. Now all you need to do is convince yourself that your vinyl collection will sound just as good after it has been converted and transcoded into MP3's.
