Pioneer SVM-1000 Seizure Machine

The pioneer SVM-1000 is a next gen DJ mixing board that allows DJs to not only mix music but video too. The mixer works by connecting up to four special DVD players that allow one to “scratch” video via the mixing board. The DJ can preview the four video channels on a small LCD screen in the center of the mixer; and then use loops, cues, and cross fades to mix video the same way one mixes audio. While this might be the next big thing in the crowded clubs of NY and LA, watching a video of the SVM-1000 in action is enough to send me into an epileptic fit.
