Denon has upgraded its DN-HD2500 digital mixer with a USB MIDI interface for easy PC integration. For those unfamiliar with Denon's digital mixer, the DN-HD2500 was designed to allow DJs to mix digital music from multiple sources. The mixer takes the digital music from these sources to allow DJs to import, store, control, modify, and play music from just about any source. The mixer also features a screen based file navigation system, USB 2.0 interface, four built-in effects, three platter effects, and pitch range with deep pitch resolution.

Denon's addition of a USB MIDI interface adds even more flexibility and control to the mixer's already rich feature set. For current users, the USB MIDI interface is available with a download from Denon's website. For those wanting to become a digital DJ, the upgraded DN-HD2500 is available now for a price tag of $1,300.
