Yeah, and they released the "W7 Killer" not that long ago too. I really don't care for their marketing techniques. The drama behind new technologies like the square design does intrigue me though. Designer/Engineer switch? :P

output, with a higher cone area you can get more SPL per amount of movement. The square subs i have heard sound like crap, but you can get them pretty damn loud.

If they sound bad, I wonder what magic powder Gary Biggs was using when he was champion running one 10" L7 and two 18" SoloX's.

The Kicker squares can obviously sound pretty good.

Sure they can...anyone that says otherwise has no clue what they are talking about.

Square isn't inherently wrong....it's just generally more limited...but that's why you have the square cone in the first place...to have more output with less throw.

I agree with Doodaddy because i own 2 15" L7 kickers and they knock down pictures in my house, I think mtx thunder squares dont compare 2 kickers solo x...

So mtx get ur own design cause' kicker's square design is one of a kind!
