Beyerdynamic is continuing to expand its Tesla range of headphones, and the latest T70 and T70p models help fill the rather large gap between the classic DT880 and DT990 models and the new T5p and T1. Both the T70 and T70p are full-sized, circum aural closed designs, the difference between the two being the impedance. The T70 is rated at 250 Ohms, and is designed for use with a home amplifier, while the T70p model is rated at 32 Ohms for use with a portable. Frequency response is rated 5Hz - 40Khz, with 104dB/mW sensitivity. The T70 and T70p will be available at the end of July, priced at $669.
