Pros: Ultra precise treble, full powerful bass, great build quality, good looks.
Cons: Unimpressive midrange

My other headphones are a set of Grados SR-60s and Sennheiser Cx300 and the equipment I use is a 3rd Gen. Ipod Nano (mp3s) and Sony portable CD player (CDs).
At first glance, I was very impressed by the looks and build quality- glossy cups, supple genuine leather trim, and gold plated connections and accessories. More important is that they are very comfortable and have a good fit.
As far as performance- the treble is very precise and crispy. Things sound different than on lower quality equipment. The bass was also impressive- full and powerful. I think it affects the sensitivity because I had to turn up the volume to get the same loudness after using the SR60s. The midrange and vocals are decent, not impressed. Maybe its because I prefer the open-air sound of Grados.
For the money, they are a great set of second headphones. I still like the Sr60s better but they aren't a good choice to go out in the public because of the open-air and just plain old ugly.
