Cons: Harder to find now that Boss has changed their lineup

I was very pleased and a bit surprised with the BL6250 and how well it reproduced the music I put it through.

Nobou Uematsu / One-Winged Angel (Live Orchestra: Los Angeles)
I was very shocked to hear the subtle deep drums playing in the opening of the song come from the speakers but not so pronounced that you loose the trumpets. The same goes for all the piccollos within the song. A subtle instrument that gives the song that extra tweet that I don't normally hear. Voice reproduction was on top of the game. I could almost hear every voice in detail. My particular favorite part was how well the transient response was to the various tones and changes in pace as the song continued.

Buckcherry / Crazy Bitch
The guitar and distortions reproduced well in the song and the transient response again made for a very clear song particularly during the rest points of the song. The bass did not show as strong as I thought it would after listening to "One-Winged Angel" as little earlier, but a person playing with even basic subs shouldn't be missing much. This is a midrange/tweeter combo after all. Overall a crisp play.

Overall
I thought that since it had a budget MSRP on it, I wasn't expecting much out of them. They surprised me for their peak power handling and RMS handling they were put through (Eclipse 4100 amplified them). Their output was impressive and the tone clarity was easily on par with more expensive coaxials on the market. The best part is that the BL6250s did so without being harsh on the notes.
