Default Cell phone music

I recently got a new cellphone that can literally hold all the music I own. I'm so excited, because now my phone can do everything that I need. I have over 2,500 song on my phone! I'm so excited! Does anyone else use their phone as their MP3?

That would take a LOT of memory. How do you do that? Did you buy extra memory for your cell or something?

I did actually have to buy a memory card, but it was only 10 bucks and it's definitely worth it because I love to now have to carry around anything extra with me. I love having all my music and books with me on the go. It's great

It's definitely a great idea, but I would only add music to the phone if I had it sourced elsewhere too. I'd be too paranoid that losing the phone would be the end of my music collection!

Alex, are you talking about a Smartphone or a music enabled cell? How do you find the battery life when you use it as an MPs player?

Well mp3/mp4 playesr are basically striped down cellphones so the sound should be very similar, my phone has a few songs on it, but I won't buy a card for it when I have an 8gb player. Plus killing my battery with music is not such a good idea when I'm expecting calls.

I feel the same as Brownnote. I like to keep my phone for calls, and friends who have used their phone for music complained endlessly about the battery drain. Alex, if you get a call does the music stop?

I see what you guys mean, but actually I keep all my music on my computer too. I also have all my music on CDs. When I use it as an MP3, the battery doesn't last long. That part does suck.

I still can't believe you can fit them on there. I'm jealous. Give me your phone
